International conference on the Mediterranean cities

The Union Académique Internationale patronises an international conference on the Mediterranean cities. Prepared by the Institut d'Estudis Catalans, this event will happen in Barcelona from November 16 until 19, 2011.

The UAI encourages all Member Academies to take part in this conference, which may inspire the conception and the launching under the UAI responsibility of new interdisciplinary enterprises.
